These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MotoReel website, applications, and services. By accessing or using MotoReel, you agree to these terms.
Account use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
User content
You retain ownership of any media, audio, text, or other content you upload, create, or publish through MotoReel. You grant MotoReel the limited right to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
Rights to uploaded content and audio
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, edit, and publish any media or audio you use in MotoReel. By uploading sound or video, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use that audio or footage. MotoReel does not grant you any copyright or license to third-party content.
Acceptable use
You may not use MotoReel to:
- Upload, create, or publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content.
- Violate the terms or policies of any connected platform, including Instagram/Meta.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to MotoReel systems or other users accounts.
- Use automated means to abuse, scrape, or interfere with the service.
Subscriptions, credits, and payments
Paid MotoReel plans are billed on a recurring basis. Subscription credits reset at the start of each monthly credit period and do not roll over. One-time refill credits roll over until used. Subscription credits are consumed before refill credits.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not terminate the current paid billing period. See the Cancellation Policy.
Refund policy
Subscription purchases are generally non-refundable once paid services or credits have been used. Exceptions may include billing errors, duplicate or incorrect charges, refunds MotoReel explicitly approves, or refunds required by applicable law. See the Refund Policy.
Service availability
MotoReel is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control may affect availability.
Intellectual property
MotoReel's software, designs, trademarks, and branding are the property of MotoReel or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any license to use MotoReel's intellectual property except as necessary to use the service.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if required by law. You may also delete your account at any time through the application settings.
Liability limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotoReel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to the service and terms
We may update MotoReel and these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MotoReel operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
