Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel a paid MotoReel subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not immediately terminate the billing period you have already paid for.
What happens after cancellation
- You keep access to paid subscription benefits through the end of your current paid billing period.
- Your subscription then ends and does not renew.
- Monthly subscription credits are available only while the subscription is active.
- Any one-time refill credits you purchased remain available until used.
How to cancel
When billing is enabled, you will be able to cancel directly from your MotoReel account settings. Until then, contact us through the support form for cancellation requests.
Refunds
Subscription purchases are generally non-refundable once paid services or credits have been used. See the Refund Policy for details.
